C. V. Starr manages its own investment activities along with funds of several other clients. C. V. Starr has over 30 investment professionals in New York, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing and Moscow, focused on private equity, real estate, public equity and debt investing. The investment activities include strategic acquisitions, direct investments and select third party fund investments that are complementary to the overall investment program.

STRUCTURE AND GOVERNANCE

Oversight of the company is provided by C. V. Starr's Board of Directors. The board is comprised of seven directors all with significant experience in global investing. Five directors are members of current management. The remaining two are non-executive directors.
